Mission Statement
To multiply healthy churches by developing and resourcing healthy pastors and leaders To accomplish this vision of multiplying churches that are healthy, we desire to focus on promoting the spiritual health of the leaders in our churches from the pastor on down.
Vision of Regional Clusters
Our regional cluster groups that meet together on a monthly basis are the key. These are groups of pastors that minister in geographic proximity to each other meeting togetehr each month for prayer, encouragement and leadership training. These regional clusters are the "face" of district life. We desire that much of the decision making for the district involvement come out of the relationships developed in the regional clusters. We want to move more of the decision making away from the board level and down to the regional cluster level. The Regional overseer is the key person in the way our district is structured. We desire to stimulate better relationships among the leaders of the churches by inviting full participation through the regional clusters.
The Value of Regional Ministry I value being a part of the regional cluster because of ... - Shared theological position
- A sense of family
- A reminder that I'm part of something far bigger then just my own church.
- Accountability and encouragement for our pastors
- An opportunity to build into other leaders as well as being built into
- Help in walking through church conflict
- Church health checkups
- Help in walking through pastoral transition
- Mutual events as we come together combining our resources.
- Prayer and leadership retreats
- Regional church planting opportunities
- Counseling services for pastors and wives
- the Pastor and wives retreat for the purpose of encouragement and refreshment
